Schezwan Prawn fried rice - a perfect weekend recipe.

Do you know any one who doesn't love spending extra time with family or friends in weekends?Exceptions are always there.Leave them behind and concentrating on people that love family ,friends ,food on weekend we have made this recipe.This lovely non veg recipe is made for them who loves prawn in weekends.This is as simple as noodles .For making it you just need 20 minutes ,mummies can also make it with left over rice for their prawn loving children.Make it and taste the spoon licking food.

Style-Continental
Serves for 2-3.
Preparation time-20 minutes
Cooking time-10-15 minutes.
Ingredients 
Rice-150 gms or
Prawn cleaned properly-250 grams
Refined oil or Olive oil-2 tablespoon
1 big yellow pepper
1 big red pepper
1 big Green Capsicum
3-4 baby corns
2-3 medium sized onions
5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
salt to taste

Steps to Prepare
1. Cut Onions ,3 types of pepper and baby corn as mentioned in the below picture or shape it as you want.
2. In the mean tie marinate the prawn with pinch of salt and pepper powder .Keep it for 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan,add onions,fry for 1 minute.Add marinated prawns and fry for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.




4. Add rest of the cut vegetables and stir fry for 1-2 minutes in high flame.Add salt to taste,pepper powder.Add the schezwan sauce and saute for 2-3 minutes.Add the boiled rice and fry for 1-2 minute by mixing it properly .It is ready for a memorable m\lunch with your loved one's.
