Peanut Rice in South-Indian Flavor.

PEANUT RICE
Peanuts are best chosen for kids as time pass so if we use it in our daily diet kids will enjoy their food.Peanuts are tagged as "brain food" ,so it must be added in our diet.
      Peanut Rice, is a rice recipe which will add a great taste to your cooking practice.So try to have this easiest rice recipe in your kitchen.


Ingredients:
Refined oil-1 tablespoon
Peanut 20 grams
2 onions-sliced
Cumin seeds-2 teaspoon
Curry leaves-2 bunches
Steamed Rice-100 grams
Salt to taste


Preparation:
Heat oil in a non stick pan.Add cumin seeds,onion slices and curry leaves .fry for 1 minute.


Add peanuts and fry for 3-5 minutes in low flame.


Add steamed rice and salt to taste.


Serve hot with gravy dishes.

Yummy Curd Rice .


Curd Rice is very famous in south India ,from the day i moved to Chennai i am a great fan of curd rice.It is very easy to make rice recipe .It is a yummy rice recipe for rice lovers .
        It is prepared with less oil and more curd so it is much healthier than other rice recipes.So why not try this dish in your kitchen with your friends and families.
Ingredients:
Refined oil-1 teaspoon
2 onions-sliced
Curd-100 grams
Curry leaves-2 bunches
Steamed Rice-100 grams
Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
Ginger-sliced- 2 teaspoon
Red Chili-3-4
Green Chili-2
Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
Salt to taste


Preparation.
1.Mix the cooked rice and curd properly in a bowl,add sliced ginger and salt.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add raw red chili,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and wait till it flutter.add onion slices ,green chili, curry leaves and red chili powder and fry for 1 minute in low flame.

2.Add the tadka(prepared masala) to the curd and rice mixture and get ready to serve this delicious rice dish.
