Ingredients:
Chickpea-250 grams
Refined oil-2 tablespoon
Onion-5 pieces
Tomato-4-5
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1 piece medium sized ginger
5-6 pieces Cashew nuts
Red chili -2-3
Cumin seeds-2 teaspoon
Coriander seeds-2 teaspoon
Coriander leave- chopped -2 teaspoon
Red chili powder-2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 2 teaspoon
Curry Powder- 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
1 small cup water
Preparation
1.Soak chana over night in cold water.Boil it till it get tender.
2.Chop 2 onions(medium sized), 2 tomatoes(medium sized) , 4-5 red chilies ,1 teaspoon saunf and 1 teaspoon dhania.Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and fry the above mentioned masalas for 2 minutes.
3.Take 7-8 garlic cloves ,10-12 pieces of cashew nuts and 1 medium size ginger.add it the fried masala .
4. Grind it into a smooth paste.
4.Heat 3-4 tablespoon oil in a pan.chop 2-3 onions and fry it till the onion get a golden color.
5.Add the smooth paste made using the spices.Fry it in low flame for 10-15 minutes
6.Add the boiled chick peas ,mix properly and fry for 10 more minutes.
7.Add freshly chopped coriander leaves(dhania) and sliced ginger.
8.Serve hot with Rotis or Naans.
