Preparation Time-approximately 30 minutes
Prawn - 400 grams
Rice - 200 grams - boiled
Onion - 2 medium sized - sliced
Raw Mixed Spice which include
1.green cardamom - 2
2.cinnamon - 2
3.black cardamom - 2
4.black pepper 5-6
5.cloves - 6
Biryani masala - 2 teaspoon
Refined oil - 3 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder(haldi) -1/2 teaspoon
Water to prepare rice.
Salt to taste .
How to Prepare prawns for biryani:
1.Clean the prawns properly and remove the legs and for better result wash it with Luke warm water.Marinate it with salt and turmeric powder and keep it for 10 minutes.
2.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan .Fry prawns for 10 minutes.
Steps to prepare Prawn Biryani:
1.Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan..Add Raw mixed spices and jeera(cumin seeds)...Fry for 1 minute.
2.Add sliced onions.and fry till the onion turns golden brown in color.
3.Add Biryani masala and salt to taste and fry for 2 minutes.
4.Add fried prawns ,mix it properly and fry for more 2 minutes.
5.Add rice and mix it properly.
6. Fry for 5 minutes in low flame.
7.Add chopped coriander leaves.
Prawn Biryani is ready for you.Have it with raita or curd.
