Mushroom Fry in East Indian Style.

Mushrooms are always known for low 
calorie, if we are including mushroom in our daily diet than we can get much amount of proteins, vitamins and minerals, amino acids, anti-biotic and anti-oxidants. It also helps in weight loss, increasing immunity Today I am going to share one easy to prepare mushroom fry with my readers.
   Mushroom fry in East Indian Style is very easy to prepare. You can make it in only 10 minutes. It is one of the side dish taken with Rice preferably in Odisha. At the age of 14 only I knew the recipe of it and with my age the taste of this food also increased. So guys try it and don’t forget to leave your comments.
Mushroom-200 grams
Onion- 2 small(thin sliced)
Refined oil- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder-2 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Steps to Prepare

 1.Slice the mushroom .Do it as shown in the below picture.

2.Heat oil in a non-steak frying pan.Add sliced onions and fry for 3-4 mins in low flame.Add Sliced mushroom,Turmeric powder ,Red chili powder ,Cumin Powder,Coriander powder and salt to taste and fry for more 10 minutes in low flame.

Serve with Rice and Dal .
