Tawa Paneer Masala.

Tawa Paneer Masala is generally made in Punjab.It is basically a winter recipe but it can be made in all season.First i tasted it in one of my friend's place in Gurgaon.It is mouth watering as well as tastiest cottage cheese recipe .It is made with lots of capsicum so it is very healthy.For the love of food made me try try this in my kitchen.Why not all try this .

Indian Cottage Cheese-Paneer - 250 grams
Capsicum-2 big
Tomatoes-2 to 3
fennel seeds-1 tablespoon
onion-2 big sliced
Cumin Seeds-2 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
carom -1/2 teaspoon
Coriander seeds- 2 teaspoon
Raw red chili-2 to 3
Curd-50 grams
Salt to taste
Red color
Preparation Time-1 and half hour
Cooking Time-20 to 30 mins

Preparation Method:
Roast sliced onions and the raw spices.Make a paste of raw spices(fennel seeds,Cumin Seeds,Fenugreek seeds,carom (ajwain)Coriander seeds,Raw red chili) with onions.
Add curd ans salt to the paste.
Cut the Paneer into small cubes,marinate the paneer with the paste for 1 hour.

Cut the tomatoes and capsicum into small cubes and marinate it with the paste for one hour.

Roast it .

Heat oil in a pan.Add the paneer slices and vegetables.Add the extra paste .Fry for 5 minutes and serve hot with Indian Breads or naans.
