Crispy Fried Parwal.

Crispy Fried Parwal is one type of snacks i.e. accompanied by rice and dal in summer season as parwal is available in summer.My mom used to make it daily in summer as it is the only  green vegetable produced in our garden.I can't make it like my mom but i can give it a try to show and also can teach you to make a healthy snack in summer.
Preparation time:20 mins
Cooking time:10 mins
Serves: 4 
Parwal - 8-10
Haldi powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon
Curry powder - 2 teaspoon
Refined oil - 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Steps to Prepare
1.Peel Parwal and cut into two halves.

2.Marinate the parwal with haldi powder , red chili powder , curry powder ,salt and leave it for 10 minutes.

3.Take a flat pan, add refined oil and fry the marinated parwal till it gets crispy.

Serve hot with Rice and dal.
