Curd Rice is very famous in south India ,from the day i moved to Chennai i am a great fan of curd rice.It is very easy to make rice recipe .It is a yummy rice recipe for rice lovers .

Refined oil-1 teaspoon
Curry leaves-2 bunches
Steamed Rice-100 grams
Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
Ginger-sliced- 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
1.Mix the cooked rice and curd properly in a bowl,add sliced ginger and salt.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add raw red chili,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and wait till it flutter.add onion slices ,green chili, curry leaves and red chili powder and fry for 1 minute in low flame.
2.Add the tadka(prepared masala) to the curd and rice mixture and get ready to serve this delicious rice dish.
