Refined oil-1 tablespoon
Juice of 1 lemon
Mustard Seeds-1 teaspoon
Steamed Rice-100 grams
Raw Chana dal- 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
1.Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds ,make them splutter.Add onions and chana dal.fry for 2 minutes.
2.Add rice and mix it properly. add salt to taste and lemon juice.Fry for 2 minutes and the rice is ready.
Serve hot with Sambar or Rasam.
