Boneless Chicken - 200 grams
Refined Oil-1 tablespoon
Tomato-1 medium sized
Onion - 1 small
Garlic Cloves - 5-6
Ginger - 1 small piece
Red Chili Powder- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder- 1 small pinch
Indian Curry Powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
2.Fry spinach with 1 teaspoon oil for 2 minutes
5.Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions
11.Spinach Chicken is ready.

If you are in a weight loss diet than replace the rice with brown rice and add more veggies like cabbage, carrot, French beans, peas, broccoli into it and you also can taste the delicacy of this food.
2.Add black pepper , Chinese salt ,soya sauce ,vinegar and salt to taste.

Steps to Prepare
1. Heat refined oil in a cooker, add the raw spices (cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf).add the onions and fry till golden brown. Add the chopped tomato and fry till it gets tender. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and fry for 2 minutes. Add pasta, peas and corn.fry for 2 minutes.
