One Go Salad, for Salad eaters it simply mean all in a single plate. It is a simple and healthy Salad containing fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans and pasta. First time when I tasted this unique Salad in a restaurant, I promised myself that I will make it in my kitchen and today I kept my promise.
I’m sure I don’t have to write a big thesis on Salads as all know what it is and the most important thing is how healthy it is. So, I have mentioned only the ingredients and preparation methods.

Indian Cottage Cheese-6-7 small cubes
Boiled pasta-10 grams
Apple-cut into small cubes-10-12 pieces
Sweetcorn -cooked-5 grams
Boiled Chick pea-10-25 pieces
Pineapple-cut into small cubes-5-6 pieces
Red beans-boiled-2 tablespoon
Raw papaya-cut into thin slices-2 tablespoon
Green Capsicum-cut into small cubes-6-7 pieces
Red Capsicum-cut into small cubes-6-7 pieces
Yellow Capsicum-cut into small cubes-6-7 pieces
French Beans- 2-3 -cut into small pieces
cucumber-small cubes-4-5 pieces
Sugar powder-1 teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.Add cream and sugar and mix it with the help of a spoon .Keep it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes and serve cold with hot garlic toast as main dish.
