Just because of the name fried rice we must not confuse, it’s name mean that deep fried rice but actually it’s not like that, it’s totally opposite .It is shallow fried with less oil and great amount of vegetables.

Steamed rice-50 grams
1 medium sized onion-chopped
1 big capsicum chopped
Sweet corn-20 grams
Refined vegetable oil-1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
5 Garlic cloves-chopped
Ching's Schewajan miracle masala-2 teaspoon
Heat oil in a pan,fry garlic,onion and other vegetables in high flame.
2.Add rice and Schewajan masala , black pepper , salt to taste ,mix properly and fry for 2 minutes.
3.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
