2 medium sized bitter gourd
1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
2 tablespoon curry powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon refined oil
Steps to Prepare
Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces as shown in the below picture.
2. Marinate the bitter gourd with the mentioned spices and salt and keep it for 20 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated bitter gourd till golden brown.
4. The chips is ready .Serve hot.
