Spicy Indian Puffed Rice - Masala Bhel.


What make India famous? First and foremost the tourist places and the next is the delicious and mouth watering Indian Dishes. It includes many varieties to choose from whether it is meals or snacks or sweets. The mouth watering Pani puri and bhel puri are famous among the snacks.

Here we will discuss about Masala Bhel which is one type of Puffed Rice Snacks .It is a mixture of 3 tastes which include spicy, sours, and sweet. It is best served in Western India(Mumbai) as bhel puri .I have changed the name  as I have added some extra spices into it. So, instead of going to more details I am sharing this recipe. Please check it and share some valuable suggestions with me so that I can make some more Innovative Dishes.


Ingredients

2 Cup Puffed Rice (Bhel) 
½ Cup boiled potato cut into small cubes
¼ Cup chopped Tomato
¼ Cup chopped Onion
1 tablespoon chopped Coriander Leaves
1 chopped Green Chilli
1 tablespoon Chaat  Masala 
6 tablespoon Tamarind  and sugar Chutney
1 tablespoon  Mint Chutney
1 tablespoon roasted pea nut
4-5 Nimkis -crushed(Indian papdis)
2 tablespoon  Sev 
2 tablespoon  Lime or Lemon (Nimbu) Juice
1 teaspoon black salt

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve as snacks.

2 Perfect Healthy Breakfast Sandwiches for your kids.

Sandwiches are always the best choices for breakfast as it is very easy to prepare and healthy for everyone.Here we are using sweet corn as the main topping of the sandwiches .Kids love to have sweetcorn anytime so try to give them it in another simple and healthy way.Make these sandwiches in your kitchen and your kids will love to have it.
TOMATO and SWEETCORN SANDWICH

Ingredients:
1 Big tomato
2 slices of white bread
1 small cup corn 
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cut tomato into thin slices.Boil the corn for 4 minutes till it get tender.Take two slices of bread.Cut the sides of the bread and then Cut them into rectangles or give shape according to your choice.Spread mayonnaise in the bread slices,sprinkle salt ,oregano and black pepper powder.Place  tomato slices in the bread slices as seen in the picture,add corn and again sprinkle oregano and black pepper powder.Serve as breakfast.

SWEETCORN SANDWICH

Ingredients:
2 slices of white bread
1 small cup corn 
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Saucy Chicken Pasta with Vegetables.


The best joy for every working lady is they can cook tasty pasta dishes for her family as it is very easy to prepare and less time consuming. The famous among these is chicken pasta, which is loved by almost all the age groups.

While searching for pasta recipes we can get a great search for chicken pasta recipes that are easy to prepare and tastier than other dishes. Your selection of a chicken pasta recipe is  never limited, so don't be afraid to try out new things.

Ingredients:
Capsicum- 1 big
Carrot-1 big
Baby corn-4
Onion- 1 medium sized
Garlic cloves-4
Pasta-20 grams -boiled
Boneless Chicken-20 grams-chopped
Refined oil-2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce- 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce-1 teaspoon
Vinegar-1 tablespoon
Chinese salt-1/2 teaspoon
Oregano-1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1.Chop all the vegetables.Heat oil in a pan,add chopped garlic.add chicken pieces.


2.Add all the vegetables,fry for 1 min in high flame.Add soya sauce, Chinese salt and mix it properly.


3.Add tomato sauce,salt ,vinegar and oregano.


4.add boiled paste and mix it properly.


5.Saucy chicken pasta in ready.


One Go Salad(Mixed Fruit and Bean Salad)

One Go Salad, for Salad eaters it simply mean all in a single plate. It is a simple and healthy Salad containing fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans and pasta. First time when I tasted this unique Salad in a restaurant, I promised myself that I will make it in my kitchen and today I kept my promise.
I’m sure I don’t have to write a big thesis on Salads as all know what it is and the most important thing is how healthy it is. So, I have mentioned only the ingredients and preparation methods.
                           Just below I have written the recipe check it and made it by own .I will love to see your feed backs through the most precious comments.
Ingredients:
Indian Cottage Cheese-6-7 small cubes
Boiled pasta-10 grams
Apple-cut into small cubes-10-12 pieces
pea nuts-10-12
Sweetcorn -cooked-5 grams
Sprouts-5 grams
Boiled Chick pea-10-25 pieces
Pineapple-cut into small cubes-5-6 pieces
Red beans-boiled-2 tablespoon
Raw papaya-cut into thin slices-2 tablespoon
Cherry-1
Cherry tomato-1
Green Capsicum-cut into small cubes-6-7 pieces
Red Capsicum-cut into small cubes-6-7 pieces
Yellow Capsicum-cut into small cubes-6-7 pieces
Orange-1 slice
Cream-2 tablespoon
French Beans- 2-3 -cut into small pieces
cucumber-small cubes-4-5 pieces
Sugar powder-1 teaspoon

Preparation Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.Add cream and sugar and mix it with the help of a spoon .Keep it in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes and serve cold with hot garlic toast as main dish.

Pasta with Red bean .

Ingredients
Pasta-100 grams
Red Beans-50 grams
Tomato-200 grams
Raw black pepper-10-12
Oregano-1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon olive oil
4-5 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Soak the red bean over night and boil it in the morning till it get tender.


2.Boil the pasta.


3.Chop tomatoes and garlic.


4.Heat oil in a pan.add chopped garlic and pepper.


5.Add tomatoes and fry till it get tender.



6.Add salt to taste and oregano.


7.Make a paste.


8.Add the pasta and red bean.


9.Mix it properly ,fry for 2 minutes.


10.Serve hot with brown bread toast.

Bitter gourd chips - A delicacy for Diabetics.


Bitter gourds have low calories and it is filled with nutrients.  It is a great source of vitamins, iron, calcium and potassium. It is found mainly in Asian countries.1 glass of Bitter gourd juice taken daily help the diabetics in the best way.

Bitter gourd is mostly used as a remedy for diabetes as it contains insulin-like peptides, alkaloids and charantin, all of which act together to lower blood and urine sugar levels without increasing blood insulin levels. So, one glass of bitter gourd juice taken daily early in the morning in an empty stomach cure diabetes.
     Bitter Gourd Chips are made with less oil so doesn't loose it's actual nutrients.Go for it and help the diabetics.
Serves-2

Preparation Time-30 minutes
Cooking time-10 minutes
Style-Indian Snacks
Ingredients
2 medium sized bitter gourd
1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
2 tablespoon curry powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon refined oil



Steps to Prepare



Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces as shown in the below picture.




2. Marinate the bitter gourd with the mentioned spices and salt and keep it for 20 minutes.





3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated bitter gourd till golden brown.




4. The chips is ready .Serve hot.



Bread and Sweetcorn Upma an Easy Snacks.


Bread Upma is a simple snacks prepared with bread slices and vegetables of your choice like you can add corn, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, potato. It is tasty as well as healthy. When we buy bread to make sandwiches or toasts, some slices of it are left and after 2-3 days we have to throw it  ,in that case make a delicious bread snacks with that left over.

            It is prepared with whole wheat bread and less oil also which can make these snacks healthier. If your kids are tired of eating the same breakfast than make a different choice for them with this healthy dish. Happy cooking.

1 Sweet corn
8 slices of white bread
1 big onion
4 green chili
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon refined oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste


Preparation:
1.Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds ,make it splutter,add onions and green chili and fry it.


2.Add corn and turmeric powder.


3.Add chopped bread and mix it properly.Add salt to taste.


4.Bread corn upma is ready to eat.


Serve hot with tomato sauce as breakfast or evening snacks.

Easy Schewajan Fried Rice with Capsicum and Sweetcorn.


Fried rice is a great dish because it is cooked only in minutes and while in a hurry to prepare lunch or dinner it is the best choice .It requires less amount of oil so it is very healthy for all. The vegetables added to it don’t lose their actual nutrients as it is not cooked more than 2 minutes. Fried rice is one of the best ways to re-use the last night leftovers in your fridge. Just because of the name fried rice we must not confuse, it’s name mean that deep fried rice but actually it’s not like that, it’s totally opposite .It is shallow fried with less oil and great amount of vegetables.
Let’s talk about Schezwan Fried Rice; it is one of the tastiest fried rice among all the rice recipes.
Its preparation is same but the only ingredients added to it are Schezwan miracle masala which totally changes the dish and makes it delicious. It is loved by children. So why late try it and share it with your kids and family.

Ingredients:
Steamed rice-50 grams
1 medium sized onion-chopped
1 big capsicum chopped
Sweet corn-20 grams
Refined vegetable oil-1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
5 Garlic cloves-chopped
 Ching's Schewajan miracle masala-2 teaspoon

Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan,fry garlic,onion and other vegetables in high flame.


2.Add rice and Schewajan masala , black pepper , salt to taste ,mix properly and fry for 2 minutes.


3.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
