Rice filled eggs is an Innovative Recipe for those who love rice as well as eggs. Generally we take boiled egg as our breakfast which makes our breakfast healthy as well as energetic. It is a recipe for those who love eggs in different taste. It is made with only 1 teaspoon butter so it is healthy for diet conscious people also. It is one of the quickest recipes that can be prepared in just 10 minutes and your hungry kids can enjoy every bit of it.

Boiled rice- 10 grams
Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Oregano Powder- 1 teaspoon
Beat -sliced(6-10) pieces for garnishing
Tomato-chopped-5 grams for garnishing
Salt to taste
Heat the butter in a pan and add cooked rice and stir fry on high heat for one minute. Add the spices and the sugar and for an extra minute. Mix it gently and remove from fire. Peel the eggs and cut each into halves.
Remove the egg yolks so that there is space for filling the rice. Use small portions to fill the space of the egg yolks.
Garnish with Oregano,sliced beat and tomatoes
Serve as Snack or Breakfast.
