Raw Papaya Salad for a healthy food habit.

Taking salad every day gives us a great list of health benefits. The simplest and healthiest food habits that anyone can commit to are Salads. Salads are very easy to prepare it supply all the nutrients that our body requires daily. When you want a Salad simply add your favourite veggies and fruits to it with the flavourings like oregano or basil.

                         
The greatest benefit of having salad is an increase in fibre intake in our daily diet which in turn means lower cholesterol and less constipation. When we eat these green miracles, we feel more energetic and at the same time can lose some extra weight. 
                             Raw papaya salad is made with papaya, green apple, beat and tomatoes. All the fruits and veggies added in this Salad have lots of health benefit. Papaya is a great fruit for diabetics, it improve digestion, prevent heart disease and cancer and so on. Tomato prevents aging. Beat is helpful for making more blood cells in our body and also prevent anaemia which is very much common in women. Green apple has miraculous health benefits like it enhances the beauty of our skin, it gives us a healthy body and it is one of the greatest anti oxidants. So mix these fruits and enjoy a great raw papaya with mixed fruit salad.

Style-Indian Healthy Salad
Ingredients:
Raw papaya-1 small
Tomato- 1 small
Green Apple- 1 Small
Beat -1 small
Black Pepper Powder-1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation
Cut all the fruits and veggies into small pieces. Place it in a bowl. Add black pepper powder and olive oil.
Serve it with main dish or as breakfast.
