Healthy Fried Rice in just 3 Steps.

Healthy Fried Rice is one of the best foods to feed your family while they are very hungry and can't afford to wait more than 20 minutes for a good meal. It takes only 15-20 minutes to prepare and can be taken singly or with side dishes like Manchurian or Chili Chicken. It can be preferred as lunch as well as dinner, if you want to make your dinner healthier than just add more veggies to it and less oil. In fact Fried Rice is one of the most popular recipes across the world that is prepared with rice and vegetables. It is loved by people all over the world. One more important thing about it is it can be prepared easily in home so why wasting money on this food. Make it in home and enjoy every bit of it.
                                         If you are in a weight loss diet than replace the rice with brown rice and add more veggies like cabbage, carrot, French beans, peas, broccoli into it and you also can taste the delicacy of this food.


Ingredients
100 grams rice boiled
cabbage-50 grams chopped
carrot-30 grams chopped
capsicum-2 medium chopped
onion-1 medium chopped
garlic cloves-5-6 chopped
black pepper powder-2 teaspoon
Chinese Salt- 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Vinegar-1 tablespoon
soya sauce-1 teaspoon
Refined or Olive oil-1 tablespoon

Preparation
1.Heat oil in a pan,add ginger and onion,add the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes in high flame.



2.Add black pepper , Chinese salt ,soya sauce ,vinegar and salt to taste.




3.Add the boiled rice.Mix it properly .Fry for 2 minutes and fried rice is ready.



Serve hot with chinese gravy dishes like Manchurian or chicken chili.
