Spicy Chicken Legs Curry in an Indian Style.

Indian Chicken dishes are so 
tasty that it is becoming popular all over the world. The dishes prepared in India have some unique flavors and aroma which makes it different from other cuisines. Indian style dishes are cooked with pure spices which gives it a great taste. The spices also make the food healthy if added in specific amount. Although Indians add same spices to you find a different and unique taste in every authentic dishes of India. The Indians prefer both non-vegetarian and vegetarian food like they prepare pure vegetarian dishes in festivals like Diwali, Navaratra and non-vegetarian dishes are prepared in feasts. Indians are very skeptic of taking any meat product on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
          So coming to the point about the description of the recipe shared today is how to prepare it and some brief description about the dish. Chicken Leg piece curry is an innovative dish I prepared yesterday night. I was thinking to have some different kind of Indian Non-Vegetarian dishes and I found it interesting to cook in a different way and I named it Tangri Murg Masala (Tangri means Legs, Murg means Chicken and masala means spice in Hindi so it becomes the delicious Tangri Murg Masala. I have added red chili to make it spicy but if you don’t like chili than avoid using it .Here I present the Ingredients and preparations of this Yummy dish for you. Make it and try some different tastes of Incredible India.
Chicken Leg Piece-6
Refined oil-3 tablespoon
Onion-5 small
Tomato-3 big
Curd-100 grams
Besan(Gram flour)-10 grams

Spices required 
Turmeric powder-3 teaspoon
Indian Curry Powder-4 teaspoon
Chili Powder-3 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Steps to Prepare:
Marinate the chicken with 50 grams curd,1 teaspoon chili powder,1 teaspoon turmeric powder,1 teaspoon indian curry powder and salt to taste .
Keep it for 1 hour or more than that.

Roast the chicken .

Cut the onions into slices.

Slice the tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan,fry the onions.

Fry the onions till golden brown.

Add tomatoes and fry it till it get tender.

Add the spices.

Mix the gram flour and curd and make a smooth paste.Add it to fried masala.

Add roasted chicken and fry for 10 minutes.

The delicious dish is ready to it.

Serve hot with Indian Bread or steamed rice.

Boneless Chicken - 200 grams
Refined Oil-1 tablespoon
Tomato-1 medium sized
Onion - 1 small
Garlic Cloves - 5-6
Ginger - 1 small piece
Red Chili Powder- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder- 1 small pinch
Indian Curry Powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Steps to Prepare

1.Wash spinach leaves in flowing water and cut into small slices.

2.Fry spinach with 1 teaspoon oil for 2 minutes

3.Chop Onion ,ginger ,garlic and tomatoes.

4.Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.

5.Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions

6.Fry the onions till golden brown ,add chopped ginger and garlic.

7.Add the tomatoes and fry till it get tender.

8.Add the chicken.

9.Fry the chicken by adding the mentioned spices.

10.Add the fried Spinach and fry for 2 minutes.

11.Spinach Chicken is ready.

Serve Hot with Indian bread or Rice Dishes.

cabbage-50 grams chopped
carrot-30 grams chopped
capsicum-2 medium chopped
onion-1 medium chopped
garlic cloves-5-6 chopped
black pepper powder-2 teaspoon
Chinese Salt- 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Vinegar-1 tablespoon
soya sauce-1 teaspoon
Refined or Olive oil-1 tablespoon

1.Heat oil in a pan,add ginger and onion,add the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes in high flame.

2.Add black pepper , Chinese salt ,soya sauce ,vinegar and salt to taste.

3.Add the boiled rice.Mix it properly .Fry for 2 minutes and fried rice is ready.

Serve hot with chinese gravy dishes like Manchurian or chicken chili.

The word Biryani makes the Indians hungry .Biryani is a rice recipe which is famous for its spicy and aromatic flavour. When we talk about Biryani the first thing comes into our mind is Hyderabadi Biryani which is World famous for its taste .Here I am going to make the same by adding different ingredients which will be the same Rice Recipe with a twist. Pasta gives an Italian flavour; corn adds an American flavour and peas maintain its Indian flavour. Biryani in an Italian Twist, the name of the dish makes it unique that must be tried in every kitchen. We have kept the process simple and easy as in this technological world no one has must time for cooking. So try this and taste the same with your near and dear ones.

Preparation time-20 minutes
Cooking time-15 minutes
Style-Indian Recipes with an Italian Twist


Rice-100 grams
Green peas shelled-20 grams
Pasta -boiled 50 grams
Corn-50 grams
Tomato -2 big-chopped
2 small Onions-chopped
Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
Red chilli Powder-1/2 teaspoon
Bay leaves - 4
Cinnamon - 4 small
Cardamom - 4 small
Refined oil-1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Steps to Prepare
1. Heat refined oil in a cooker, add the raw spices (cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf).add the onions and fry till golden brown. Add the chopped tomato and fry till it gets tender. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and fry for 2 minutes. Add pasta, peas and corn.fry for 2 minutes. 

2. Add the rice. Add 2 small cups of water and Cook on a medium  flame up to 2 whistles.

3. Biryani is ready to eat. Serve hot with Curd or raita.

Rice filled Eggs- boiled egg recipes with a twist.

Boiled Egg-6 
Boiled rice- 10 grams
Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Oregano Powder- 1 teaspoon
Butter-1 teaspoon
Beat -sliced(6-10) pieces for garnishing
Tomato-chopped-5 grams for garnishing
Salt to taste

Heat the butter in a pan and add cooked rice and stir fry on high heat for one minute. Add the spices and the sugar and for an extra minute. Mix it gently and remove from fire. Peel the eggs and cut each into halves.

  Remove the egg yolks so that there is space for filling the rice. Use small portions to fill the space of the egg yolks.
Garnish with Oregano,sliced beat and tomatoes
Serve as Snack or Breakfast.
