Mixed Vegetable Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is the the most famous South Indian dish every Indian love to eat,it is loved all over the world also.Vegetable Masala Dosa is an innovative one,I have added a twist to it by adding lots of vegetables which helps in increasing the nutritional value of it.It is Healthy because it contain less amount of oil,less amount of rice batter and lots of multi Vitamin vegetables.It is more tastier than normal masala dosa.Try it and have it with your friends and family.

For Mixed Vegetable Masala
Preparation Time-2o mins
Onion 2
Potatoes 3
Red Chili 5
Green Peas(matar)-20 gms
Carrots(gajar)-1 big
Beat-1 small
Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 1 strand
Oil 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste

Method to prepare Mixed Vegetable Masala:

Boil the potatoes pressure cooker . Peel and mash them .
Peel and cut the vegetable(carrot,beat,peas)and boil it by adding pinch of salt.
Heat oil in a pan and add red chili and mustard seeds and make it splutter.
Add sliced onions,and curry leaves.
Fry for 1 min.
Mash the boiled vegetables and add it to the masala.
Now add potatoes and salt.
Add 1 pinch of turmeric(haldi) powder and salt to taste.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Method for making masala dosa:
Rice Flour-100 gms
Urad .(biri)-50 gms
Soak the rice flour and Urad whole night.
Grind it in the morning and store it for 5-6 hours to make the batter little bit sour.
Add salt to taste.
Take a flat tawa.
Add little bit oil.
Spread dosa batter in a round shape or the shape you like.
Cook it for 1 min,add the mixed vegetable masala into it.
Tip -Don't mash the vegetable and potato fully,let them not loose their originality and purity.. 
Best Served with Sambar and coconut chutney..
