Spring Chicken with Vegetables.

Chicken is considered to be an excellent source of protein and at the same time it contains less fat while compared to other meat products.Chicken can be cooked in different gravies,salads,soups which are very healthy to eat.When we say about healthy chicken recipes
how can we forget about Spring chicken with vegetables which is a famous continental recipe that is cooked with lots of green vegetables and less oil.In this dish all the vegetables retain their unique flavor and nutrition as it is not boiled or overcooked.


Bone less chicken-200 gms
Refined oil-1 tablespoon
1 big Carrot
1 big Capsicum
French Beans-50gms
Sweet corn-50 gms
2 medium sized onions
5 garlic cloves
1 small piece of ginger
salt to taste
1 teaspoon chinese salt(ajinomoto)
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Paste of two teaspoon red chili powder.
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoon cornflour
1 small cup water

Steps to prepare
1.Cut the chicken into small pieces.

2.Cut the beans into small pieces.

3.Cut the carrots.

4.Cut the green capsicum.

5.Take some raw sweet corn.

6.Chop onion,garlic and ginger.

7.Take a pan in high flame,add refined soya oil,when the oil get hot add chopped garlic and ginger.

8.Add chicken slices.

9.Add  chopped onion and vegetables.Fry for 1 min in high flame.

10.Add  salt to taste,red chili paste and black pepper powder.

11.Add tomato sauce and soya sauce.Fry for less than 1 min.

12.Mix it properly

13.Add corn flower paste,water and vinegar.

14.Let it boil for 5 mins in low flame.

15.The dish is ready to it.

Best Served with Chinese Fried rice or Steamed rice.
