Chickpeas Curry is a Classic Indian Authentic Curry prepared with White Chickpeas and some Indian spices.It is found all over India in almost all restaurants.Special recipes like Tikki Chole ,Samosa Chole ,Chana chaat are world famous in which the main ingredient is Chickpeas.It tastes good as well as it is healthy.It is highly nutritious and it contains 25% protein. If you want to lose some extra fat in your body you should choose a diet of Chickpeas i.e. have chole curry with less oil with two Indian breads(roti) for lunch and replace it with 1 Indian bread in dinner.
5.Chop rest 2 onions.
6.Heat oil in a pan.Add the chopped onions.
7.Add fennel(saunf) seeds.Fry it by adding pinch of salt.
8.Fry the onions till golden brown.
9.Add the paste made of onions ,tomato etc...
10.Add Turmeric Powder and Indian Curry Powder.Fry for 5 minutes.
11.Add boiled chickpeas to the gravy.
12.Mix the gravy and chickpeas properly.fry for 5 minutes by adding 1 small cup of water.
Best Served with Steamed Rice and Onions.
