Boneless Chicken -250 gms or 8 ounces
Black pepper powder-2 teaspoon
salt to taste
Olive oil-1 1/2 tablespoon
Cabbage for Garnishing
1 Tomato for Garnishing
Steps To Prepare
1.Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with chopped garlic,salt to taste,1 teaspoon black pepper powder,oregano and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and keep it for 5-10 minutes.
2.Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan.Add marinated chicken.
3.Add 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and salt to taste.
4.Fry till the Chicken get tender.
5.Cut the cabbage into small triangles, tomato into small pieces.keep the cabbage pieces in a plate, add chicken pieces above that and tomato on the top.Serve hot.
