Simple Pepper Chicken For Dieters.


 Most of the working woman in India  says that Chicken Recipes are made for the weekends ,but we can prove it false.How? You can’t believe that ,this dish is made just in 15 minutes. this Chicken Snacks is made by adding black pepper powder which gives it a great spicy flavor. Black pepper has many health benefits which  include respiratory disorders, cough, common cold, constipation, digestion, anemia, impotency etc etc.Only Olive oil is used to make this dish so it is very healthy and dieters also can choose this diet.                                                 
                         Chicken is considered to be the best diet for the obese people who can't live without non-vegetarian food as it contains less fat than others.It is best preferred to be taken as evening snacks or as dinner.

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken -250 gms or 8 ounces

Black pepper powder-2 teaspoon

salt to taste
Garlic Cloves-4-5
Oregano-1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil-1 1/2 tablespoon
Cabbage for Garnishing
1 Tomato for Garnishing

Steps To Prepare

1.Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with chopped garlic,salt to taste,1 teaspoon black pepper powder,oregano and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and keep it for 5-10 minutes.



2.Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan.Add marinated chicken.




3.Add 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and salt to taste.




4.Fry till the Chicken get tender.




5.Cut the cabbage into small triangles, tomato into small pieces.keep the cabbage pieces in a plate, add chicken pieces above that and tomato on the top.Serve hot.
