Saucy Spicy Mushroom.

Mushrooms have high protein content ,it is available through out the year all over the world.Mushroom dishes are very simple and easy to cook and delicious to eat.It is cooked in Indian ,Chinese and Thai flavor without loosing its uniqueness.It is used as one of the most important ingredient in various dishes like Mushroom Fried Rice , Noodles,Sandwiches , and Salads.

                 Today i am going to prepare one spicy dish in which the main ingredient is mushrooms.I have added red chili powder and black pepper powder to make it more Spicy .It is so yummy that you will love to have it with simple rice and Noodles.Its your choice with which you like it more.Have a great Sunday ahead.


Style-Continental side dishes

5 Big Mushrooms
Refined oil- 1 tablespoon 
2 big onions
salt to taste
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon Chinese salt(ajinomoto)
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon black pepper powder

2 Tablespoon Corn flour
1 small cup water

Steps to Prepare

1.Chop Mushroom,onions,ginger and garlic.

2.Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan,add chopped onion,garlic and ginger.

3.Add the chopped mushrooms.

4.Fry for 1 min in high flame.

5.Add salt,black pepper powder and ajinomoto.

6.Add tomato sauce,soya sauce and vinegar.

7.Add Corn flour paste and let it boil.

8.Saucy Spicy Mushroom so yummy .

Best Served with Noodles or Rice.

  2. Hi, thank you for the mushroom recipe. I tried this and came out very tasty.you haven't mentioned when to add capsicums and not given in the ingredients. I have added anyways. It looks for colourful.

  3. @lda capsicum is used only for garnishing that's why i have not mentioned it ingredients..its ur choice whether to add it or not...
