Toast with Red beans Salad is so healthy that it can be taken daily .It contains vegetables and beans only which gives full nutrition to our body.It is also loved by small children.
Brown bread-4 pieces
Refined oil-2 teaspoon
1 big capsicum
1 small piece ginger
2 small onions
pinch of ajinomoto
Black pepper powder-1 teaspoon
tomato sauce-2 tablespoon
soya sauce-1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt to taste
pinch of sugar
Steps to Prepare
1.Chop the vegetables into small pieces,Chop the onion,ginger and garlic.
2.Soak the red beans over night and boil it in the morning till it become tender.
3.Take a pan in high flame,add oil,when the oil get hot add chopped ginger ,chopped garlic,chopped onion.
4.Add Sweet corn,capsicum.
5.Add black pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt to taste.
6.Add the boiled red bean.
7.Add tomato sauce , soya sauce ,vinegar and pinch of sugar.
8.Mix it properly.
10.Mix it properly and the red bean sauce is ready.
11.Toast the brown bread and cut the bread slices into two triangle shape slices.Take red bean sauce and stuff in between the two slices.Take it as breakfast with 1 glass of mixed fruit juice.
