Ingredients for Red Bean Salad
Red Beans Soaked overnight and boiled.-100 gms or 4 ounces
1 Red Apple
1 Big tomato
Pomegranate Seeds-20 gms or 0.670 ounces
1 Ripe Banana
2 Tablespoon Yoghurt(dahi)
2 tablespoon sprouted black chick pea(kala chana)\
1 tablespoon sprouted moong
Sweet corn-boiled 2 tablespoon
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chat masala(optional)
1 teaspoon sugar or honey
Mix All the ingredients.
Add black pepper powder,yoghurt(dahi) and chat masala and the salad is ready.
Best Served as Breakfast ,salad or as dinner diet for diet conscious people.
