Pohe ke pakode -puffed rice snacks.

Rain is one the roads and everyone loves to have some crispy pakodas as snacks.Pakodas are best served in rainy season.Pohe ke pakode is a different kind of pakoda prepared in my home.It is made with poha i.e the puffed rice which is found in almost every homes in India.Poha is considered as very healthy food.
This time i am adding a twist to the poha by making crispy pakodas of it.I started making it before 6 years and still i enjoy having it with my family and friends.You also try it and enjoy the rain with this recipe.

Poha-puffed rice-100 gms
2 big onions
Ajwain-1 teaspoon
Ginger(adrak)-chopped 1 teaspoon
garlic(lahsun)-chopped 1 teaspoon
2-3 green chili-chopped
Coriander(dhania) leaves-1 teaspoon
Juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste
red chili powder as per your taste

1.Soak the poha in water for 2-3 minutes.

2.Chop the onion,green chili,ginger ,garlic and coriander leaves.

3.Add the chopped ingredients with the poha

4.Add salt,ajwain,and red chili powder.

5.Mix it properly .

5.Make small ball.

6.Take a pan ,add oil for deep frying.Deep fry the small balls.

7.Your pohe ke pakode is ready to it.Serve hot with tomato sauce or your choice of chutneys.
