One lemon in a day:Keep the fats away.Does it really work?

 From my teen age ,i have heard that lemon is the best medicinal fruit and with the passing of time I have experienced that also.Here I represent some classic benefits Lemon .Obviously Lemon works as a great fruit  for weight loss,I have my own experience of it.I tried drinking lemon juice made of lemon ,lukewarm water and honey for 3 months in the morning daily  and lost 5 kgs which is almost strange and unbelievable for everyone,lemon water with some sort of exercise help more in loosing the extra belly fat which is very difficult to do.



How lemon is a great fruit?
1.First and foremost Lemon is considered as a great fruit for reducing excessive weight or the extra fat within us , 1 lemon juice with 1 teaspoon honey  in a lukewarm glassful of water and taken in the morning as your first intake in the day acts as the best medicine to loose fat.
2.Lemon is best for human immune system i.e. why it is used to cure stomach irregularity such as constipation.
3.Lemon regulates the blood pressure.
4.Lemon juice when combined with honey acts as the best face cleanser.
5.As we all know lemon pulp when massaged in the scalp reduces the dandruff,so called killer of human hair.
6.Due to the presence of high amount of Vitamin C ,lemon juice is the best medicine for scurvy.
7.Lemon juice help us to treat urinary disorders.
Because of these benefits it is found in almost everyone’s house.Some use it in their kitchen and some use it as their beauty products.So choose a lemon diet for weight loss and see the difference.

  3. Approximately you can get vitamin C of this kind of lemon and it is also good for the health. I prepared to make it as a lemonade. I think I need it also cause I have a urinary problem. Thanks for the info.
