Paneer Curry is famous in almost all Indian Houses .It is the only item liked by children. While talking about paneer how can we forget about peas which adds a great flavor to paneer .I have made a here an innovative dish by taking mushrooms , Paneer and Peas which will also be loved by your children.You can make it more healthy by adding more vegetables like Capsicum and Cauliflower , but forgot about adding if you are preparing it for your children.

Twist-Adding mushroom , pea, paneer in a single recipe is itself a twist.
Indian Cottage Cheese(paneer)-50 gms(cut into small cubes)
Mushroom-5 small chopped
Green Pea shelled-20grams
Onion-1 big chopped
Tomato-1 big chopped
Refined oil-1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves chopped-2 bunches
Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-2 teaspoon
Indian curry powder-1 teaspoonSalt to taste
water-1 small cup
Steps To Prepare
1.Chop the Onions .Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
2.Chop tomato and add it with onions.Fry till the tomato get tender.
3.Add the mentioned Spices.
4.Add green peas and Capsicum and fry for 2 mins.
5.Add Mushroom and fry for 2 minutes.
6.Add Mushroom and Fry for 2 minutes.
7.Add water (1 cup) and coriander leaves.
9.Make a thick Gravy and your Curry is ready.
Best Served with hot Rotis.
