Korean Fried Rice.

 Korean Fried Rice is one of the healthiest and nutritious fried rice known as Bokkeum bap in Korea which is a healthy alternative to Chinese fried rice, lower in fat, calories, full of nutrition. It is quite easy to make and can be prepared very quickly in a short time period. People in Korea cook the rice with some vegetables ,chicken and egg and i.e called the famous Korean Fried Rice.

            It is considered as the best diet for the rice lovers, they  are on weight loss diets.First i come know about this Recipe from some cookery shows in the so called Idiot box and I tried it .It is so healthy and tasty that I will love to prepare and eat it on weekends .I refer you also try this and share with your family.

Rice-150 gms or 6 ounces(semi boiled)
Bone less chicken-100 gms 4 ounces
Refined oil or Olive oil-1 tablespoon
1 big Carrot
1 big Capsicum
2 medium sized onions
5 garlic cloves
1 small piece ginger
salt to taste
1 teaspoon chinese salt(ajinomoto)
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
Red Chili Powder-1 teaspoon

2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 eggs

Steps to Prepare

1.Chop Onions ,garlic and ginger

2.Heat the oil in a pan,add chopped garlic and ginger.Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.Add it in the pan.

3.Add red chili powder  and salt to taste.

3.Chop capsicum and caroot.add it to the sauce.Add onions.

4.Add the semi boiled rice to the sauce.

5.Make omelet of two eggs by adding pinch of salt.

6.Cut the Omelet into pieces.

7.Add the omelet pieces to the sauce and mix it properly.fry for 2 mins in high flame.

8 .and the dish is ready before you.

Best Served with Spicy chicken gravies or with healthy salads.
