Healthy boiled potato salad is not my favorite but it is so healthy that i have to take it .It is a great salad for both my sisters(We are three sisters and i am the middle one).They love the spicy(chatpata) taste in it.From my childhood it is a regular dish prepared in our home and taken as evening Snacks.My elder sister used to prepare it with lots of Imli chutney(tamarind paste) and chili flakes .It is really a mouth watering dish for my sisters.With the passing of time i also liked it.
I have added some extra ingredients ( as my sister only prepare it with boiled potato.imli chutney and chili flakes) into it like black peas,sprouted moong,raw tomato to make it a healthy recipe for the diet conscious people.Check it .
2 medium sized boiled potato
Sprouted kala chana(black chick peas)-20gms
2 to 3 green chili
Chopped coriander leaves-1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion-2 tablespoon
Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
Black salt as per your taste.
Black Pepper powder as per your taste.
1.Chop the boiled potatoes.
2.Chop the onion,green chili,tomato and corainder(dhania) leaves.
3.Mix the Chopped Onion,Chopped tomato,Chopped coriander leaves,Chopped green chili ,sprouted kala chana(black chick peas),sprouted moongs with chopped boiled potato and add black salt and black pepper powder as per your taste.Add lemon juice.mix it properly and the healthy boiled potato salad is ready.
