Diet Thai Spicy Chili Chicken .

Diet Thai Spicy Chili Chicken is prepared with less oil(1 tablespoon) and with lots of healthy vegetables that's why it can be taken by dieters .Chicken, Capsicum , Carrot are the best vitamin provider to the dieters and these ate the main ingredients of this dish.Black pepper powder and red chili powder adds aroma and flavor to it.It can be taken as lunch as well as dinner with 1/2 brown bread.Thai food are becoming so popular now a days because it contains less calories.

                   It tastes best when served with Steamed rice.It doesn't require so many ingredients ,we can prepare it with Chicken only but i have added vegetables into it because i want to make it more healthy.The Chicken is not fried here so it contains less calories.Having it in your lunch/dinner give you more energy.


Style:Thai Non Veg 


Boneless Chicken-200 gms or 7 ounces
French Beans-50 gms
Carrot-50 gms
Capsicum-1 big
Onion-2 big
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
salt to taste
red chili paste- 1 tablespoon
Refined Soya oil-1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder as per your taste

Steps to Prepare

1.Chop the vegetables,onions,garlic and chicken.
2.Heat oil in a pan,add garlic and onion.

3.Add Chicken pieces.

4fry for 2 mins

5.Add the vegetables.

6.Add black pepper ,soya sauce,red chili paste,salt to taste and vinegar.

7.Mix it and fry for 2 mins.

8.Add Tomato sauce.

9.The dish is ready.
