Chicken Tikka Tarkari

Chicken tikka tarkari is one of the innovation by me.Today i bought some readymade chicken tikkas as i was not in a mood to cook but after buying it I tried to do some experiments with it.I thought of doing something different in order to have some yummy gravy tarkari to have with roti and parathas.So I prepared the dish chicken tikka tarkari and  here i present the finger licking recipe which is very easy to prepare and can be prepared in only 15 mins.

Readymade chicken Tikka-4 pcs
Refined Soya oil-2 tablespoon
Sliced Onions-50 gms
Sliced Tomato-100gms
Turmeric(haldi) Powder-1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Curry Powder-2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander(dhania) leaves-1 teaspoon.
Steps to prepare.
1.Take a pan and add oil .
2.When the oil get hot add sliced onions..
3.When the onions become golden brown add sliced tomatoes,and add salt to taste.
4.Fry till the tomatoes get tender
5.Add haldi powder,red chili powder,curry powder and fry till the oil get separated from the masala.
6.Add minced curd into it.
7.fry for 3 mins and add the chicken tikkas into it
8.Fry it for 3 mins and add coriander leaves.
9.Remove it from fire.

Tip –Add pinch of salt which frying onions ,it will make your onion get golden brown easily and quickly.
Best Served with Rotis,paranthas or steamed rice.
