Best cooking tips for our daily life.

1.Don't cook in high flames,otherwise your stuffs will stuck on the bottom of the cooking vessels and its flavor will be affected.


2.While cooking the rice add pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice into it to prevent it from stickiness.


3.While frying onions add pinch of salt into it to make the perfect color of the Indian dishes.


4.To boil a cracked egg, add pinch of vinegar to the water .


5.Marinate the non vegetarian food with some vinegar before cooking and your cooking time will be saved.


6.While making juices add honey instead of sugar ,honey will be more healthy.


7.Add some besan with curd before adding it Indian Gravy Dishes .


8.Boil the tomatoes for 2 mins before adding it to gravy dishes.


9.Garlic skin comes off easily if the garlic flakes are soaked in cold water.


10.While making dough for the rotis ,add some oil into it to make it more softer.
