Begun Bhaja a traditional Bengali /Oriya Dish.

Egg plant is called as Bengan in India. All most all the Indian don't like to have it included in their diets even i didn't like it earlier. My mom used to prepare it once a week in my childhood days and make us eat at any cost. She used it  in dishes like dal and mix vegetable and in so many curries. From my childhood i was a misconception that egg plant curry can't taste good , but now i realize i was totally wrong. One of my Bengali friend shared this authentic Bengali recipe with me which is called Begun bhaja in Bengal and is prepared in all the Bengali houses in all the occasions. I started having this 4 or 5 years before and now i got time to share it with everyone. We all must try it in our kitchen.
