Apple Fried Rice / Apple Pulao.


Almost all believe in the saying"An Apple a day keep the Doctor's away".But are you fed up of taking raw apples daily.Change the manner of taking apples daily ,you can take it by adding it on fried rice or making apple pie or apple custard.The most favorable one is Apple Fried Rice that can be prepared with Boiled rice and apples that makes this dish healthy and delicious.


                              Delicious and crunchy apple is one of the famous fruit that contain a great list of essential nutrients like Vitamin C , antioxidants , Vitamin B Complex  that  are required for normal growth and development of human body and when when it is added with rice it become more healthy for human body.
                     
             Today i was in a mood to eat some healthy Vegetarian dish by adding fruits and fried rice is the best option for it.The oregano aroma makes the flavor fantastic.

Serves-2

Style- Innovative Indian Rice Recipes.

Ingredients 

1 Red Apple
100 grams cooked long grain Rice
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 tbs butter
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste


Steps to Prepare

1.Cut the apple without peeling it.





2.Heat butter in a frying pan,Fry the apple in high heat for 1 minute by adding black pepper powder and oregano.


3.Add the cooked rice and add salt to taste.



4.Fry for 2 minutes and apple rice is ready to eat.



Best served with Tomato Chutney or Gravy dishes.

  1. i depends how much of it you eat. it depends if you exercise. i wouldnt suggest this bc its not a healthy diet. pork fried rice is pretty bad for you. oj and apple juice have A LOT of sugar. the water is good though, lol keep on that.
